Wonderful hotel and lovely pal

I just stayed here for 2 days and I had a good time for relaxing and traveling. This hotel is very near from Platinium and other place like BigC, Siam, night market, Byoke Building. And it take about 5 minutes to Sky train to the Air port. I love this hotel and thanks for services that you gave to me.

Disappointed

I was so disappointed to choose this hotel because i am not expecting that hotel was not that nice in the picture. before i choose this hotel i check all the comments most of the comments are bad but i still choose it because maybe it's not true. all the bad comments are truth because i experience it on the day i arrive on that hotel not more than 30 minutes i arrive into that hotel i got disappointed because the first room they allocate was so disappointing seen the room was not yet ready yet unclean and smelly all the bed sheet and the pillow was on the floor that means no proper communication to the front office staff to the housekeeping staff. they transfer us in Room 204 the room is ready but when i lay down in bed i smell the bed and the pillow stinky smell and the bed sheet was not properly wash because still have a stain of i don't know what it is in the evening i don't have a nice sleep because i feel itchy. and the adapter for the lap top are not universal i ask the receptionist if they can provide me the adapter but he answer me like i'm a stupid "You buy outside we don't have!" the staff from the housekeeping and from the kitchen are not approachable don't know how to smile. the pool is the worse if your going upstairs to see the pool the place is like a junk shop. old hotel and poor service this is not a recommended hotel for the guest who want a good holiday.

if you only want to shop

Location is not as close to the skytrain as they claim. Only walkable if you love to walk Or a long distance runner. Staff is unhelpful and do not speak English. Better to get travel advice over the internet.
Location good if the only thing you want to do is shop but if you wish to see a few historical places, etc I would recommend another hotel where the staff is helpful. I got advice from another hotel close by, they did not try to get me a taxi every time I asked for directions.

Think of white palace if you want any value for money hotel near Pratunam

Room is just fine but it's clean. Can easily walk to wholesale shopping area.
