Consistently delivers a good product.

Made a second visit here for 3 nights, after our first visit 3 mos ago. Pleased to say that the hotel again delivered all the positive things highlighted in my earlier review:
friendly, responsive, competent staff; clean rooms;good breakfast, excellent downtown location; restaurant (evening meals); thai massage in hotel; wi-fi; parking. Overall great value for money.

Good central location, efficient service, good restaurant

The hotel is a very pleasant experience for a short stay and represents excellent value for money. We drove by car from Malaysia to do shopping, staying for 2 nights, our first time in Hat Yai. The hotel is centrally located with all city centre places only a short and easy walk away. It is clean and efficient and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast was fine (although we are not big breakfast eaters) and we also ate good Thai food in the hotel restaurant on both evenings. It was good also to have the possibility of massage within the hotel itself (although we only had foot massage). The hotel guest car park right at the side of the building is also another advantage for car travellers, as well as the internet service in the hotel room.
