Noisy hotel unhelpful staff
The hotel was so noisy I could not sleep all night. When I asked the staff to change a room, they kept promising me yes and never did. they got rude when I said I wanted to leave and did not refund me. It was so noisy the windows were shaking. The noise was louder than the TV in the room.
